Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled once within the same calendar month, subject to availability. Moving an appointment to a new month will require a new booking and deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment may incur a £20 late cancellation fee to cover lost appointment time.
In the event of a no-show or failure to attend without notice, the remaining balance of your appointment may be charged as the appointment time cannot be reallocated.

Lash Health Matters
Your natural lash health is essential for safe and effective lash extensions. If your lashes are excessively short, brittle, have significant gaps, or show a high amount of new growth, appointments may not proceed if lash health is unsuitable on the day. Please ensure your lashes are in healthy condition prior to booking.
Lash Maintainence
To maintain strong, healthy lashes, avoid rubbing or pulling at your lashes, and always book a professional removal rather than removing extensions yourself. If you wear strip lashes, handle them gently during application and removal. Supporting lash growth through a balanced diet or supplements, and keeping the lash line clean and cared for, will also help keep your lashes in their best condition.
